Enabling DEBUG level logging for BPEL loggers essential to ADAPTER trouble shooting.
The loggers involved are
* _<domain>_.collaxa.cube.activation * _<domain>_.collaxa.cube.ws
From the BPEL console main page, click the link "Manage BPEL domain" 
From here, click the link "Logging"
On the logging page, set the levels of the above loggers to DEBUG level:
Remember to finally click the Apply button - in the lower right corner of the page.
Please rerun the scenario with these settings, and upload the generated log file..bpel/domains/<domain>/logs/domain.xml
to some shared location.
