Handling inactive connection using connection pool

"Inactivity-timeout" and "time-to-live-timeout" should be configured for ensuring that inactive connections are returned to the connection pool.

These are to be set as the connection-pool properties in:

/j2ee/oc4j_soa/config/data-sources.xml
